Mr. Hallett co-founded Hallett & Perrin with the objective of combining large law firm corporate finance experience and expertise with boutique firm client service delivery and price structure. He regularly represents publicly held entities and private growth companies, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate governance, and federal securities regulation compliance.
Mr. de la Garza, the firm’s president and managing shareholder, holds a Board Certification in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. His experience cuts across many different industries, including financial institutions, investment funds, insurance agencies, wind energy companies, oil and gas exploration companies, oil field service companies, manufacturing companies, staffing companies, companies involved in construction, and professionals in a variety of fields.
An experienced and accomplished litigator, Mr. Hurst focuses his practice on all aspects of employment law and business litigation. Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, he counsels managers and leaders on how to achieve business goals while complying with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
