Tina Wysk Joins Hallett & Perrin’s Litigation Practice

Hallett & Perrin welcomes experienced trial lawyer Tina Wysk as a shareholder in the firm’s litigation section.

Ms. Wysk’s nearly two decades of experience covers all aspects of federal and state civil litigation, from inception to trial. Ms. Wysk has represented a variety of U.S. and international clients in bet-the-company cases involving complex commercial, construction, intellectual property, securities, and investment disputes. She prides herself on offering creative and efficient solutions to all aspects of litigation, focusing on the client’s ultimate goal.

“Tina’s expertise is the perfect complement to our litigation practice,” said firm president and managing shareholder Leland C. de la Garza. “Her track record with complex and high-stakes matters speaks for itself, and she will be a dedicated advocate for our clients.” 

Ms. Wysk’s notable representations include:

  • A favorable settlement for a Hollywood actor in a $60 million breach of contract suit by a former business partner
  • A voluntary dismissal of multi-billion dollar class actions against an international provider of integrated financial solutions
  • Defending an accounting firm in a class action, as well as state and federal investigations, relating to high-profile fraud claims against a media tycoon

Ms. Wysk received both her B.A. and J.D. from Whittier College, and is licensed to practice in all U.S. District Courts of Texas. She is a member of the Texas Bar College.

Outside of her professional work, Ms. Wysk enjoys cooking, travel, and spending time with family and friends. She volunteers with the Young Men’s Service League, a philanthropic organization of mothers and their teenage sons who volunteer together during the son’s high school years. She is a member of the organization’s National Board.
