Leland C. de la Garza, president and managing shareholder of Dallas firm Hallett & Perrin, has been elected a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. Fellows are selected for their outstanding professional achievements and their demonstrated commitment to improving the justice system throughout Texas.
Each year, the foundation invites one-third of one percent of Texas attorneys to become fellows. Once nominees are selected, they must be elected by the Texas Bar Foundation Board of Trustees.
“This is one of the most prestigious recognitions a Texas attorney can achieve, and Leland is more than deserving,” said Hallett & Perrin shareholder and co-founder Bruce H. Hallett. "Not only has he distinguished himself in the profession, but he is also a remarkable leader who has guided the firm to continued success.”
Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2002, Mr. de la Garza has a wealth of experience that cuts across many different industries, including finance, insurance, energy, manufacturing, construction, and professional services. He is consistently named to The Best Lawyers in America, Texas Super Lawyers and D Magazine’s Best Lawyers in Dallas.
