”Your mental acuity under enormous pressure and your ability to make tactical decisions, all the while charming the jury, were keys to our success. These skills, along with your obvious expertise and knowledge of the law, served me extremely well.”

Stewart is a 4th-generation Dallas attorney. His diverse practice ranges from resolving business contracts and tort disputes to major family squabbles; family estate and succession planning to securities litigation and intellectual property violations; business divorces to real estate feuds. Currently, Stewart spends much of his time repatriating assets from the Isle of Man.

Stewart also serves as a general counsel to several prominent Texas families, advising and handling a wide variety of unique legal matters.
