Licensed in both California and Texas, Shelly’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions. Shelly assists clients with all aspects of real estate acquisitions and dispositions including development, due diligence and financing. Shelly’s commercial real estate practice includes representing both landlords and tenants with office and retail leases.
