Rali is an Associate in the firm's corporate practice group. She focuses her practice on private equity, merger & acquisition transactions, and corporate governance matters.

Rali represents clients in a number of key industries, including healthcare and energy.

Rali has experience advising physicians, hospitals (including rural hospitals and long-term acute care hospitals), pharmacies, and laboratories on a variety of healthcare transactional and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Hallett & Perrin, Rali was an associate in a healthcare boutique law firm where she advised healthcare providers on regulatory compliance matters involving fraud and abuse laws (Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, Civil False Claims Act), Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement issues, HIPAA, and other healthcare compliance and operational matters. Rali assisted physicians and hospital clients with physician recruitment and employment agreements, governing board and medical staff bylaws, codes of conduct, and compliance policies. Rali started her legal career as an associate in an international law firm in Houston, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions and transactions involving private equity funds.
