As an attorney in the Labor & Employment practice group, Kristen counsels employers on compliance with state and federal labor laws including FMLA, the FLSA, Title VII, the ADA, and ERISA. She represents employers in employment litigation matters which may involve claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, misclassification of employees, failure to pay for time worked, and unfair competition. She also has experience in defending against class and collective action litigation.
