Flauren is an attorney in the Firm’s Trustee Services practice. Flauren has a background as a corporate and regulatory lawyer and having spent the past decade working with non-profits on governance work, now focuses on trustee services for several prominent Texas families.  

Flauren currently sits on the Board of Trustees for the Dallas Museum of Art and is co-chair of the Development Committee. She is a member of the Teach For America Dallas Advisory Board, the St. Mark’s School of Texas Development Committee, and the Leadership Council of Temple Emanu-El where she was part of a small taskforce that rewrote Temple’s bylaws and updated their governance structure. 

 Flauren was Chair of the Board of Trustees for The Lamplighter School from 2022-2024. From 2019-2023 she served on the Board of the North Texas Food Bank and co-chaired the Nourish North Texas Capital Campaign.
