Dan is a shareholder in the firm’s corporate practice group, and he focuses his practice primarily in the area of mergers and acquisitions. Dan advises clients across various industries in acquisitions and sales of public and private companies and their assets, joint ventures, divestitures and financing transactions. He also assists clients on an ongoing basis with general corporate matters, including Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance.

Dan has particular experience representing physician practice groups, private equity investors, management services organizations, ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals and diagnostic imaging centers in connection with physician employment agreements, practice management arrangements, regulatory compliance and other business activities.
