Bob handles employment-related litigation and counseling matters throughout the United States. His primary areas of practice involve employment discrimination issues, employment contracts and separation agreements, employment-related personal injury claims such as defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent hiring, wage and hour issues, non-competition, non-solicitation, and non-hire agreements, employee health and safety issues, wrongful discharge and retaliation issues, and the employment obligations of federal contractors.

Bob is a frequent speaker and author on these topics. He also provides consulting and opinions to lawyers, law firms, and employers regarding the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct, ethics questions, and conflict-of-interest issues.
