Hallett & Perrin Grows Litigation, Transactional Practices with Five New Attorneys

Building its litigation and transactional practices, Hallett & Perrin is pleased to introduce its purposefully chosen bench of attorneys who have joined the firm this year:

A cum laude graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, Mr. Carter is a litigator who focuses his practice on handling large complex commercial litigation matters in a wide array of industries. He has experience representing individuals and companies in litigating contractual and business disputes, as well as handling construction, insurance, real estate, wrongful death, negligence, dram shop and workplace injury cases in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Jaskot is an accomplished and experienced real estate attorney who focuses his practice on acquisitions, dispositions, development, construction, financing, and leasing for all property types – from industrial to single-family and everything in between. Recognizing that his work not only impacts his clients, but entire communities, Mr. Jaskot works closely with his clients to help them manage risks while achieving their goals as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Ms. Johnson has devoted her practice to labor and employment law not only in her career, but in academics as well, as a workplace law concentration graduate of Texas A&M University School of Law. She is licensed to practice before the Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Texas, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Northern Districts of Oklahoma. Ms. Johnson regularly counsels employers on how to achieve their business goals while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. She has also served as an advisor to employees and labor unions.

A cum laude graduate of Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, Ms. Jones represents clients in a wide variety of complex business litigation matters in both state and federal court and arbitration. Her experience includes defending individuals and companies in ERISA, healthcare liability, product defect, wrongful death, negligence, premises liability, dram shop and workplace injury cases.

Ms. Reed focuses her practice on complex litigation, handling issues for businesses and individuals. Her experience includes medical malpractice defense, contract disputes, professional liability, coverage opinions and appellate briefing, defending clients in U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
