Requirements and Qualifications


  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Bar Admission: Must be admitted to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in commercial litigation and labor & employment law.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in conducting depositions and representing clients in hearings.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in commercial litigation and labor & employment law. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing all phases of litigation, including depositions, hearings, and trials.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Litigation Management: Handle all aspects of commercial litigation and labor & employment cases from inception to resolution. 
  • Depositions: Conduct and defend depositions effectively to gather critical information and challenge opposing parties. 
  • Hearings: Represent clients in court hearings, presenting arguments persuasively and adhering to legal procedures. 
  • Case Strategy: Develop and implement case strategies, preparing legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and briefs. 
  • Client Interaction: Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates, gather information, and offer legal advice. 
  • Legal Research: Perform thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with current laws. 
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with shareholders, associates, and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive and effective team approach. 
  • Negotiations: Engage in negotiations and settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. 
  • Compliance: Ensure all legal work complies with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
