- Education and Licensing:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active Texas bar membership.
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in Commercial Litigation, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: You will be primarily responsible for the following responsibilities and will be expected to have experience sufficient to handle these matters with minimal supervision.
- Assist in handling complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, fraud, and other corporate litigation.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
- Participate in discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, document requests, and depositions.
- Attend court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Collaborate with shareholders and senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Stay up to date on changes in commercial litigation laws and procedures.
