Michael’s practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate, commercial lending, and general business transactions. His practice includes representation of parties in the acquisition, development, disposition and financing of commercial real estate, including industrial, retail/restaurant, hospitality and multi-family properties.
His practice also includes representation of landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions, including office leasing, retail/restaurant leasing, and industrial leasing, as well as assisting in resolving disputes in landlord/tenant relationships. His commercial lending experience includes representing leaders and borrowers in connection with loans secured by real property, as well as representing lenders and other secured parties in real property and personal property foreclosures.
