Lily specializes in commercial and securities litigation. She has experience representing clients in a wide variety of complex business litigation matters before state and federal courts, including major business disputes involving claims of commercial fraud, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duties, as well as disputes concerning local and state taxation, class actions, and SEC and state regulatory enforcement actions. She counsels and defends public and private companies, their officers and directors, and corporate executives in regulatory investigations and litigation involving both federal and state securities law issues.
