Aarika focuses her practice on labor and employment law. She counsels employers on how to achieve their business goals while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. She advises employees and labor unions of their rights under all applicable laws. She has experience resolving disputes under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the National Labor Relations Act, the Labor Management Relations Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Texas Labor Code, the Texas Civil Service Statute, and wage and hour laws, among others.
