In addition to financing transactions that involve securities offerings, we regularly represent borrowers and lenders in the negotiation of both secured and unsecured commercial loans of all sizes and levels of complexity. We are equally comfortable with traditional structures such as loans secured by real estate, equipment or accounts receivable, as we are with more unusual credits. We also have significant experience representing parties to equipment and leveraged lease transactions, sale lease-back arrangements, and hedging devices such as interest rate and currency swaps.
