These were the goals that inspired the formation of Hallett & Perrin, P.C. in 1992. The founding lawyers were successful members of one of the largest firms in Texas, but found that the cost structure and bureaucracy of big firms hindered their ability to service clients in an effective, efficient and economical manner.
